Admissions FAQs
What are the school fees?
NURSERY PLACES (3-5 year olds):
Nursery places (15 or 30 hours a week depending on your eligibility*) are free of charge. Parents are usually asked to pay a deposit when applying for a nursery place (£205) and this is refunded in full when your child leaves the nursery. Some parents elect to donate this amount to the school fund. *Eligibility for a free nursery place depends on the date of birth of your child and the term in which they start. Please ask us for more details.
JUNIOR SCHOOL
£2,520 per term per child (£630 per month). If you are applying for more than one child fees are reduced to £600 per month per child. There is a 5% discount for school fees paid in advance for the whole academic year.
SENIOR SCHOOL:
£2,520 per term per child (£630 per month). If you are applying for more than one child fees are reduced to £600 per month per child. There is a 5% discount for school fees paid in advance for the whole academic year.
Notes:
There are three terms per academic year.
Fees must be paid in advance either in full for the entire academic year, or by direct debit before the commencement of each term or spread over 12 monthly payments. If fees are paid in full for the entire academic year before the commencement of the first term then an additional 5% discount is applied as described above.
(These fees are inclusive of the government imposed VAT calculated at 20% in 2025-2026 tax year. Please note if the VAT rate changes the fees have to change accordingly).
We are not Muslims but would like to apply for a place for our child?
Everyone is welcome at Deenway and that includes non-Muslim families too. In the past we have had Christian and Hindu children in our school. Whether you follow a religious tradition or not, if you like what we have to offer in terms of education and learning please don't hesitate to get in touch and we can discuss the needs of your child in more detail.
I would like my child to attend the school but am currently experiencing financial hardship. Do you offer any grants or bursaries?
Deenway is a not-for-profit social enterprise. If we had the means, we would not charge anyone school fees at all. If you share our vision for education and are keen to enrol your child(ren) in the school but feel you cannot afford the school fees please contact us directly. We will try to help if we can.
